Diane Coffee @ The Bishop 9/26

Diane Coffee has crawled out of his New York apartment from where he recorded My Friend Fish, moved to Bloomington and found himself a proper recording studio to record his sophomore album Everybody’s a Good Dog.

The 70's glam rock meets soul meets pop album has been praised for its unique, authentic sound.

Born Shaun Fleming, the Foxygen drummer has a history of using records to mark his moves across the country. His debut My Friend Fish was a mix of jams and ballads characteristic to his trading in of beaches for city streets. Now the talented troubadour finds himself in our very own Bloomington where Shaun meddles with string orchestras, back up vocalists, and all sorts of musical tidbits to craft a project bounds and leaps beyond his first. The show, a sort of housewarming party for Diane himself, is sure to be a blast.
