Web Content Director
Bari Finkel; I am a junior at Indiana University majoring in Jewish Studies and Journalism with a PR concentration and music minor. Although I technically reside in a house, I mostly live at the WIUX Station House (aka “The Mansion”). I love listening to and writing about music, especially while eating chocolate chip cookies. I am no artist, but I do have a knack for doodling manatees with monocles and top hats. As the famous saying goes, “Anything with a top hat and monocle is instantly cuter.”

Will Bray: Will is a senior studying Telecommunications and Communications and Culture. He has recently discovered an affinity for necromancy, and after college intends to tour the underworld and absorbing lost souls.
Sam Robinson: I am a freshman from Indianapolis interested in Journalism and Sociology. I’m an amateur vexillographer, and I’ve made it a life goal to learn every national flag of the past, present and future. I love punk, reggae and American folk music. I firmly believe Joe Strummer to be the greatest musician of all time, and I’ll quietly disagree if anyone says otherwise.
Ross Stoppel; Ross Stoppel; I am a senior majoring in Sociology and Telecommunications. My talents include rabble-rousing, nonsensical wordplay, and being a stickler for correct grammar and spelling in writing. I also enjoy video games, love corgis, and can make a mean grilled cheese. Did I mention I love corgis?

Allison Barce: My name is Allison Barce, and I am a music enthusiast. That makes me sound like an addict, but I guess I am sort of a music addict. I’m a sophomore studying Psychology and Neuroscience. I have a show on B-Studio online radio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings at midnight! Check it!
Max Barnett: My names Max. I’m an English major, undecided minor. I like many things, but mostly musical things. I hate Oasis. Aside from that there’s not much else to it.
Ben Briles: I’m Ben Briles, and I really love music. I also really love Star Wars, the Legend of Zelda, Doctor Who, and ferrets. I like to think of myself as a pretty cool person, but there are many people who would debate that.
Reed Brown: Reed Brown is a freshman studying Computer Science. He likes to write about hip hop, videogames, film, television, and comic books. He also enjoys crocheting, ski-fishing, and a good game of squash. He is a freelance hacker, pizza delivery boy, and last of the samurai.
Valerie Cox: I’m a junior and Bloomington native, studying Journalism here at IU. I love all genres of music, especially pop, and I am obsessed with going to concerts. Besides listening to a variety of music, in my free time I enjoy writing, reading, and keeping up with the latest pop culture news. I have a large collection of Chuck Taylor’s and my favorite television show of all time is Friends.
Annie Dufficy: As a sophomore majoring in Environmental Science, I am often confined inside a cozy little cubicle studying chemistry or physics. When I’m not busy nerding-it-up at the library, however, I do enjoy indulging my senses in a variety of different activities. Such include: running, rock climbing, volunteering around the community and my favorite – delving into generations of past music and film. After spending my entire life in Skokie, Illinois, I have made it a goal of mine to uncover and experience all that Bloomington has to offer–I’ve got a long way to go.
Kelsey Endahl: My name is Kelsey Endahl I am from Shelbyville, Indiana. I am majoring in communication and culture with a focus in film studies and production, and a minor in creative writing. My goal is to write a book like “To Kill a Mockingbird” where people are going to be reading for years and years. A book that has an impact on society. Or I would love to write a book like “Sophie’s Choice” one that is so controversial that it becomes banned in schools and libraries everywhere! Or someday I would love to write movies and T.V. shows and also edit them as well. Something else I would love to do is start my own production company but let me graduate first.
Miles Grimmer: Hello, my name is Miles. I am a sophomore at IU. I listen to a lot of loud guitar music and like to watch movies about precocious angsty teens. I eat a lot of veggie hot dogs and don’t clean up after myself as much as I should. I like to think about the social-political implications of moshing and other weird nerd junk like that. I have a love hate/relationship with the internet. I find juggalos admirable and fascinating. Okay that’s it.
Nick Golding: I’m a Junior here at IU majoring in English and History. I put my talents to use writing a column called The Gold Standard. Ha ha, get it?! “Gold” Standard? Like, “Gold,” as in my last name, Golding? That’s what we English majors like to call “a play on words.” So uh…Yeah…Go ahead and move on to the next bio, OK. That would be super good of you to do.
Ali Greenland: My name is Ali G! I am a senior from Columbus, Ohio majoring in studio art. I like eating and being outside and do both while listening to music. I have a radio show on Tuesdays from 7-8pm, if you like to listen to good music. I spend most of my time sleeping, watercoloring, and watching Disney movies. Also, I collect gnomes and sing about what I am doing as I do it in real life. Catch ya on the flip side!
Matthew Jackson: IU Senior, studying to become an amateur photographer/videographer/
Sean Kaellner: Sean Kaellner is a senior from Indianapolis studying Creative Writing and Arabic. Music and stories are two of his favorite things, so combining them on The Story Soundtrack is to him what mixing peanut butter and chocolate is to the world. Bake him cookies and read him a bedtime story and he’ll be yours forever.
Ciaran McQuiston: I am a freshman at Indiana University studying fine arts, psychology, and nonprofit management. I love to write, make art, and cook delicious things. Although I don’t make music, I listen to it nonstop… I am, indeed, addicted. I also love sunglasses. A good pair of sunglasses makes everyone 10x cooler. And everybody likes to feel cool.
Tiffanie Moses: I’m Tiffanie Moses. I’m a sophomore at Indiana University studying Sociology and Journalism. I am a hip hop and R&B connoisseur. I currently have a slight obsession with Wale (it’s really serious). Rap weirdos are my fave. I tend to sit and listen to music for hours and hours, which I prescribe to everyone! Music heals the soul. ^_^
Joshua Moore: I am Joshua Moore and I am a senior here at Indiana University majoring in Sports Communication print and minoring in Journalism. I hail from the mighty south side of Chicago. I am also a part of the IU Track and Field team. I love running, music, writing about music, social commentary, sports, the Chicago Bulls, Rita Ora’s beautiful face, and other things. One of my favorite movies is Goodfellas and my favorite rapper is Ghostface Killa. Hip Hop mob flicks.
Kaleb McCain: Howdy! I’m a curly-haired, Hoosier-bred nut. I enjoy playing mario kart and long walks on the beach. I like hot dogs, but am impartial to mustard. I smoke too many cigarettes, drink too many mexican sodas, and don’t spend enough time on my homework. Finally, I think they should ban awards shows and all-star games in professional sports.
Kaleb Nolen: I’m a senior, majoring in Gender Studies, at Indiana University. Additionally, I do PR for a local vintage shop in the city, called Material Plane, run a men’s fashion blog, and play a witch-house inspired radio show. If I am not doing any of the things I mentioned, I’m probably riding my bike, listening to dark-pop, or hanging with friends.
Jay Papandreas: Jay Papandreas is a senior in the school of journalism and is focusing on a career in advertising. He’s known in some circles for having strong opinions about burritos and has far too many twitter followers for the content he posts. He would rank Charles Barkley high on his list of personal heroes. His blood type is coffee.
Michael Pasotti: Hello my name is Michael Pasotti and I’m a Telecommunications Senior. I’m an avid listener of music and love indie/alternative rock among other things such as ElectroFunk. If I had a band I’d probably name it something like: Hydrostatic Equilibrium, or Somethin’ Spicy, or or Doppleganger. I enjoy a nice porch swing and long walks on the beach(No really!). I know I’d want to know if I were reading this, my favorite band is The Smashing Pumpkins. Okay.
Kevin Potter: I’m Kevin Potter. I’m from THE REGION. Hopefully someday I’ll become a high school history teacher where I can be made fun of by high school students that are probably stronger than me. I’m really into sitting around and listening to music for hours on end. Most of my blog entries will probably leave you feeling angry and unfulfilled. Not an uncommon motif in my life. I also have a super dooper cash radio show from midnight to 1AM Sunday nights. I wouldn’t listen to it if I were you…
Sarah Silcox: I am a junior majoring in Telecommunications. I love writing about all things related to movies, tv, music, and pop culture. You can often find me reading articles from Thought Catalog, eating too much chocolate, and obsessively watching Breaking Bad. I’m also addicted to Instagram and watching old TV shows on Netflix. Be sure to check out my radio show called the Power Hour with Sarah and Annie on Thursday nights from 8-9PM on the WIUX B-Side radio.
Kaylie Starkey: Ello my dearest friends and lovers! I’m Kaylie Starkey—yes, like the lovely Richard Starkey, aka Ringo Starr. I’m a Journalism Major with music magazine dreams. My pink hair comes and goes, just like my obsessions with all rad bands and artists. I want nothing more than a sugar glider and an endless supply of strawberries in my mini fridge. I live for music festivals, cute clothes, sweet tea, stars, pretty things, and those nights we feel infinite. p.s. I’m always on Spotify—share your favorite songs with me!
Morgan Taylor: I am a senior (woo hoo!) journalism major. I love reading magazines, listening to the radio and in my spare time I am Beyonce. After graduation I plan on putting my degree to use as a celebrity…or a broadcast journalist or marketing specialist. Tune in to 99.1 FM on Saturdays from 7am – 9am to hear me on my show, The Morning After on WIUX!
Aleta Vaughan: I am known as Aleta Luvspugz (some call me Nature Child). I love nighttime, things that glow, and absurdity. My guilty pleasure is making weird mutant noises and coming up with strange scenarios that involve cascades of nonsense. The universe is a playground and every blade of grass is a friend of mine.

Reed Brown made me lol and Kaylie Starkey is a babe!
Nick Giella is an absolute stud on the radio and off… Aller!!!!
